Update radiation machine registration related applications and forms. Update operational and safety requirements for x-ray and electron therapy systems, as well as diagnostic systems. Amend rule 64E-5.220, F.A.C., to incorporate by reference the modified table of Emergency Plan Isotopes and Quantities. Update means for enforcing radiation control regulations.
