Finance/Audit Committee – to review and discuss matters relating to FAJUA Financial/Audit Reporting and any other matters that may come before the committee. Budget Committee – to discuss proposed FY 2010-2011 budget, make recommendations to the Board, and to consider other matters that may come before the committee. Board Meeting – to receive reports of the general manager, committees, and counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports; and consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
