This rule chapter sets forth the standards for the Florida Motorcycle Safety Education Program, hereafter referred to as the Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP), with organizations to provide motorcycle safety training, the certification of instructors, hereafter referred to as RiderCoaches (RC), and regulating the conduct of these programs and courses by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV)/Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP) pursuant to Sections 322.0255, 322.12(5)(a), F.S.
