Producer Review Committee - Review and finalize the Producer Contract and Compliance Manual and any other matters that may come before the Committee. Audit/Budget/Finance Committee - Discuss proposed FY2014-2015 budget and make recommendations to the Board; to review and discuss matters relating to FAJUA Financial/Audit Reporting and any other matters that may come before the Committee. Board of Governors Meeting - To receive reports of the General Manager, Committees, and Counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports; Annual Statutory Rate Filing and to consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
