This rule will establish concordant scores for the ACT and SAT that may be used for satisfying the passing requirement for the Grade 10 FCAT 2.0 Reading assessment, which is in effect for students entering grade 9 in the 2010-2011 school year and after. This rule also will establish a comparative score for the Postsecondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) that may be used for satisfying the passing requirement for the Algebra 1 EOC Assessment, which is in effect for students entering grade 9 in the 2011-2012 school year and after.
