DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DEO) announces public meetings to which all persons are invited, related to 19-ITN-003-BM the Hurricane Michael Community Outreach Program. DEO is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed replies for a highly-qualified contractor to provide public outreach, intake and registration operations, and other services in anticipation of Florida’s Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery program for Hurricane Michael recovery efforts. DEO will hold Negotiation Team Meetings at a date and time to be determined later, and advertised in the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Negotiation Team Meetings will not be open to the public, but each Negotiation Team Meeting will be recorded and released in accordance with section 286.0113, Florida Statutes. In accordance with section 120.525 Florida Statutes, public meetings for 19-ITN-003-BM are hereby noticed. DEO reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the VBS in accordance with state purchasing policies and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register.
