The City of Pembroke Pines, Florida, gives notice of first reading of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way. The proposed ordinance amends the City of Pembroke Pines Code of Ordinances provisions regulating telecommunications towers and antennas to expressly address current industry practices with respect to installation of personal wireless service facilities in the public rights-of-way.
