The Notice of Proposed Rule as noticed in Vol.33 No. 32, August 10, 2007 scheduled a hearing on September 3, 2007 if requested. This potential hearing date was inadvertently scheduled on a holiday. Due to this conflict, if requested, the hearing will be rescheduled at the date, time, and place shown above on the proposed amendments to increase certain NPDES Stormwater permitting and annual surveillance fees.
