Docket No. 070126-TL - Petition for relief from carrier-of-last-resort (COLR) obligations pursuant to Section 364.025(6)(d), F.S., for Villages of Avalon, Phase II, in Hernando County, by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Florida. The hearing will permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative to the petition and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on August 20, 2007.
