Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters, and may include an amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 2011 budget to revise revenues and expenditures. At its 5:15 p.m. meeting, September 8, 2011, the Governing Board will conduct the statutorily required public hearing on the District’s tentative millage rates and tentative budget and will adopt the District’s tentative millage rates and tentative budget. The purpose of the meeting is to receive and consider public comment and vote on the tentative FY 11/12 millage rates and budget.
