Public hearing to adopt amendments to Chapter 40C-2, F.A.C., regarding CUP Cleanup. The scope of the CUP Cleanup is described in detail in the Notice of Proposed Rule published in the May 19, 2015, edition of the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 41, No. 97. The District will consider amendments to the language proposed in the Notice of Proposed Rule, as amended by the Notice of Change published in the July 15, 2015, edition of the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 41, No. 136, to address comments by staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC) and to make further clarifications.
