This is a continuation of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing that initially occurred on July 15, 2009, and a continuation of that hearing was requested. To conduct a rule hearing on Rule Chapter 9K-9, Florida Administrative Code, which implements the rules that govern the Stan Mayfield Working Waterfronts program. ACTION TO BE TAKEN: Consideration of above-stated business. If any person desires to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, such person will need a record of the proceeding and may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
