Proposed Rule 64F-12.015- Licensing, Application, Permitting. The discussion will include but not be limited to rulemaking related to the permitting and recordkeeping requirements concerning the Health Care Clinic Establishment permit established by the 2008 Florida legislature. The discussion may include other rule sections related to implementing the statutes that relate to this new permit. This new permit is authorized under chapter 499 Florida Statutes and is not related to the Health Care Clinic license regulated by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
