This rule chapter is amended to update the effective date of the federal poverty level (FPL) from February 2006 to February 2007, and to comply with the most current federal poverty level standards. The Department of Health and Human Services updates the federal poverty level annually to better serve low-income persons living with HIV disease.This amended rule updates the effective date of the federal poverty level (FPL) from the year 2006 to 2007. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services publishes the federal poverty level annually, and is used for eligibility purpose for the HIV/AIDS Patient Care Programs.
