Discussion will be held regarding changes to clarify language and to revise and add new forms to the District’s proposed rules to implement the regulatory portion of the recovery strategy for minimum flows and levels for certain water bodies within the Southern Water Use Caution Area that are being simultaneously proposed as amendments to Chapter 40D-8, F.A.C. The proposed rules were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly in Vol. 32, No. 19, on May 12, 2006 and in Vol. 32, No. 27, on July 7, 2006.
