In the event this meeting is cancelled or postponed, notification will be provided and posted on the MDC Website, www.mdc.edu/purchasing . This procurement process adheres to the “Cone of Silence” as per College Procedure 6600; no verbal or written communication is allowed during this RFP process unless it is exclusively requested by the Purchasing Department to be utilized for evaluation purposes of this RFP selection process.
