Review of the Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) planning process in the Florida-Alabama Transportation Management Area (TMA). The review will include follow-up from the 2014 Federal Highway Administration TMA Certification review. Additionally, an overview of: the purpose for the review, TPO agreements and boundaries, best practices, challenges, and TPO documents will take place.
