S. Department of Defense, and Indian Health Services to access certain information pursuant to recently enacted legislation. For rules 64K-1.007 and .008, F.A.C, to provide the process for approved entities to connect electronic health recordkeeping systems to the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system as required by recently enacted legislation.
