A meeting of the Department of Environmental Protection and interested stakeholders to discuss impediments, incentives, policy clarifications, and concerns regarding reclaimed water issues as they relate to consumptive use permitting. Topics to be discussed include: authority to regulate reclaimed water, consumptive use offsets, mandatory reuse zones, supplementation of reclaimed water with other sources, irrigation practices, and other pertinent issues.
