The Department intends to amend rules 65C-41.003 and 65C-41.0031, F.A.C., to permit reliance on documentation in the young adult’s case file in determining his or her ability to participate in qualifying activities and to specify the health care professionals who may provide documentation of inability to participate. Additionally, the Department intends to remove language that prohibits a young adult from sharing housing with his or her parents as a supervised living arrangement while in extended foster care.
