(only if needed), a machine recount triggered for any race in which a federal, state, or multi-county candidate is defeated or eliminated by ½ of 1% or less of the total votes. 2) To order, pursuant to Section 102.166, F.S. (only if needed), a manual recount triggered for any race in which a federal, state, or multi-county candidate is defeated or eliminated by 1/4 of 1% or less of the total votes. 3) To certify the official results of the Primary Election pursuant to Section 102.121, Florida Statutes.
