The purpose of the meeting is to demonstrate the screening-level modeling tool that will be used to evaluate proposed changes to operating schedules, introduce the concept of an alternative plan scoring and ranking system, and provide an update on performance measure development. The process to collect and incorporate public input into the planning study will also be presented.
