Rule 62S-3.001 provides definitions for terms that are used in Chapter 62S-3. Rule 62S-3.002 provides guidelines for operation, activities, and recreations on the land managed by the Office of Greenways and Trails. Rule 62S-3.003 specifies how fines are determined and applied on lands managed by the Office of Greenways and Trails when any person violates the rules found in Chapter 62S-3. These rules are being repealed because they are unnecessary and duplicative of rules found in Chapter 62D-2 which governs the management of lands by the Division of Recreation and Parks.
