Summary
The amendments will accomplish the following: (1) Update references; (2) Update forms and incorporate new forms; (3) Establish licensing violations and fines; (4) Require compliance with the Child Care Facility Handbook except where standards in the rule chapter are more stringent; (5) Establish sanitation, health, safety requirements; (6) Establish personnel requirements; (7) Require certain enrollment/registration information; and (8) Require certain information to be included in the child’s file. In addition, the Department will reorganize the information in the rule chapter, repeal rules, and add a rule on enforcement.
