The Trustees of the State Board of Administration, on October 2, 2007, will consider a proposed amended rule and will be asked for permission to file the rule for adoption. Rule 19-13.002, role and responsibilities of the Division of Retirement within the Department of Management Services, amends the rule to reflect recent changes. Notice of Proposed Rule Development for this rule was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on June 22, 2007. Notice of Proposed Rule was published on August 10, 2007. No hearing was held because it was not requested.
