The Commission will present Draft Species Conservation Measures and Permitting Guidelines for four Dark Wading Birds (Little blue heron, Reddish egret, Roseate spoonbill, and Tricolored heron). These guidelines will outline biological background, recommended survey methodology, and recommendations for avoidance, minimization, and mitigation for this species. The meeting will provide the public an opportunity to provide feedback and offer suggestions on the proposed guidelines. Comments can also be sent after the meeting to Imperiled@myfwc.com.
