The Department held rule development workshops on August 14, 2012 and September 19, 2012 at which the public offered comments and suggestions. The August workshop was noticed in the July 27, 2012 (Vol. 38, No. 30, pp. 3073 - 3076), Florida Administrative Register. The September workshop was noticed in the August 31, 2012 (Vol. 38, No. 35, pp. 3561-3564), F.A.R. In addition, the Department published four Notices of Rule Development on July 29, 2013 (Vol. 39, No. 146, pp. 3736-3738).
