Financial Management No. 239714-1-52-01 Project Description: State Road (SR) 600 (US 17-92) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study From west of Poinciana Boulevard to County Road (CR) 535/(Ham Brown Road A Public hearing is planned for the State Road (SR) 600 (US 17-92) PD&E Study. The project limits are from west of Poinciana Boulevard to County Road (CR) 535/Ham Brown Road, a distance of approximately 2.2 miles. We will present the proposed access management plan and the recommended design for widening SR 600 (US 17-92) from 2-lanes to 4-lanes. Access management is the process used to plan the location, design and operation of driveways, median openings, and street connections. At the conclusion of the presentation, attendees who complete a speaker’s card will be given the opportunity to make an oral statement that will become part of the public hearing record. Persons wishing to submit written statements or other exhibits, in place of or in addition to oral statements, may do so at the hearing or by sending them to Mary McGehee, FDOT Project Manager, 719 S. Woodland Boulevard - MS 501, DeLand, FL 32720. All exhibits or statements postmarked on or before October 10, 2014 will become part of the public hearing record. If you would like to review the project documents prior to the public hearing, they will be available to the public beginning September 9, 2014 at the Osceola Library Hart Memorial Central located at 221 East Dakin Avenue, Kissimmee, Florida 34741 and at the FDOT offices located at 719 S.
