The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, is conducting a Public Hearing for the SR 9 (I-95) at Northlake Boulevard Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study. The Public Hearing is being held as part of a current Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study. This study is being conducted to evaluate proposed interchange improvements at I-95 and Northlake Boulevard and to provide documented information necessary for FDOT to reach a decision on the type, design, and location of the improvements. The project is being developed to reduce congestion, enhance safety, and achieve an acceptable level-of-service while minimizing potential impacts to the natural and human environments. In the event the hearing is not able to be held due to severe weather conditions, it will be held at the same time and place on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Participants may review study information and formally comment during the meeting. These meetings provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the social, natural, cultural and physical impacts of the proposed improvements.
