The proposed rule is updated to include CY 2012 and 2013 batching calendar dates and reflect statutory changes that delete burn units and shared services programs currently listed in rule in Rule 59C-1.008, F.A.C. SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: The Agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has not been prepared by the agency. STATEMENT REGARDING LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION: The proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification pursuant to Section 120.541(3)(a)1., F.S., as there will be no impact on economic growth, job creation or employment, private-sector investment, or business competitiveness and no increase in regulatory costs. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory cost, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
