The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-5.150, F.A.C. (Public Use Forms), are to adopt, by reference, changes to three forms used by the Department in the administration of taxes imposed on fuels and pollutants. These changes bring the forms into compliance with current administrative procedures and allow the forms to be accessed electronically through the Department of State’s website. The proposed changes to Rule 12B-5.300, F.A.C. (Aviation Fuel Licensees), are needed to incorporate a new aviation fuel exemption created by Chapter 2015-221, Laws of Florida, for certain schools providing flight training.
