RTS Open House Meetings. The City of Gainesville Regional Transit System (RTS) announces an open house/ public meeting to which all persons are invited. The RTS is conducting a Comprehensive Operations Analysis (COA) of its transit route network in Alachua County and the City of Gainesville to develop a plan that meets the travel needs of the community. We will also be meeting with the public at two RTS bus stops on October 1, 2013 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. At these times, we will be at the Oaks Mall stop and the Rosa Parks Downtown Station to discuss RTS service will all interested persons.
