The purpose of this amendment is to revise the vessel contingency plan requirements in subsection 62N-16.033(4), F.A.C. The current contingency plan requirements referenced to under Rule 62N-16.036, F.A.C., Vessel Spill Contingency Plan, will be removed. This is due to the fact that Rule 62N-16.036, F.A.C., has been repealed. In its place, there will be a requirement that a vessel that is also a terminal facility have a plan that is in compliance with the federal requirements for a ship-specific discharge contingency plan.
