Update the relevant Codes of Federal Regulation and the FDA Food Code which are the national standards and model codes for food safety regulation. The Department has determined that the posting the Model Consumer Commodity Salvage Code (November 2002), which is incorporated in this rule, on the Internet would constitute a violation of the federal copyright law.
