A final rule workshop on the aboveground storage tank system rule is being held to discuss revisions to the rule before the revisions are presented before the Environmental Regulation Commission for adoption. Discussion at this workshop will focus on changes that have been made to the proposed rule since comments were received from the January 24, 2006 rulemaking workshop.
