Rule 59G-4.071, F.A.C., is a new rule that will incorporate by reference the Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules that are effective January 2006. The effect of Rule 59G-4.071, F.A.C., will be to incorporate by reference in rule the Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules, January 2006. This Notice of Rule Development replaces the Notice of Rule Development that was published in Vol. 31, No. 30, July 29, 2005, Florida Administrative Weekly.
