AMENDED - Official business of Commission – topics include proposed legislation affecting Chapter 475, Part I, F.S., Chapter 61J2 rules discussion of 1.015, 2.031, 3.011, 10.026, 17.009 20.049 and 20.052 specifically and to include the Annual Regulatory Plan review, budget discussions, escrow disbursement requests, recovery fund claims, education issues, petitions for declaratory statement, petitions for rule variance/waiver, disciplinary actions and real estate applications.
