Purpose

The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference update July 2007 to the Florida Medicaid Community Behavioral Health Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook. The handbook was revised to include the procedures for the Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan, which was authorized by Sections 409.912(4)(b), (8), F.S.
