The District's legal counsel has requested an attorney client previledge session in accordance with Florida law to discuss litigation and settlement strategy in the case of the Florida Inland Navigation District vs. Dredge Enterprise. The following will attend the session: Attorneys Peter Breton and John Eubanks, Executive Director David Roach, and Commissioners Norman Bray, Aaron Bowman, Carl Blow, Jon Netts, Nancy Freeman, Jerry Sansom, Bruce Barkett, Gail Kavanagh, Don Couzzo, Donn Colee, Tyler Chappell, and Spencer Crowley.
