The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.250, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Prescribed Drug Services Coverage Policy, __________. The amendment includes technical changes and updates policy language, revises immunization and vaccine coverage to include all recipients pursuant to the federal Inflation Reduction Act and adds Florida Medicaid coverage for continuous glucose monitors to the prescribed drugs benefit in accordance with section 409.9063, Florida Statutes.
