14044065.The purpose of the proposed rule is to modify the Alligator Management Program Application form. The effect of the proposed rule will be to include a statement of the purpose for the collection of social security numbers as required per paragraph 119.071(5)(a), F.S. and to require on the form provision of GPS coordinates.
15128816.The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to modify the Alligator Management Program Application form. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to require that the landowner/landowner’s representative/lesee signature be notarized. The rule amendment would also require a lessee signing the application to provide a copy of the lease agreement and require a representative of the landowner signing the application to provide written proof of representation.
