Changes to the Manual of Uniform Standards for Design, Construction and Maintenance for Streets and Highways, commonly referred to as the Florida Greenbook, are proposed to reflect new engineering principles used in public roadways including bridge widths, pavement design, and traffic management through roundabouts.
