• 16380698.The purpose of this rule amendment is to define concordance scores on the Graduate Record Examination as an acceptable alternate assessment to the General Knowledge Test. In addition, the department will be updating rule language to provide greater specificity in terminology as it relates to effective dates.

Examine the current fee structure for all FTCE examinations and to adopt new lower registration fees, including the lowering of fees for first-time and retake attempts. The effect will be changes to the affected FTCE competencies and skills for the affected examinations; and fee modifications to all FTCE examinations.
