• 17875080.The purpose of the proposed amendment is to update, clarify, and re-adopt the rules related to the forms incorporated by reference in Chapter 34-8, F.A.C., to address changes required by law and to clarify and re-adopt the forms and their instructions. Amendments to all of the forms and instructions will update the form year and filing year. Rules 34-8.002, 34-8.009, 34-8.202, and 34-8.209 are amended to clarify on form instructions that the ethics training requirement refers to "service" (not "term") in office; Rules 34-8.002 and 34-8.208 are amended to add to CE Form 1 and CE Form 1F instructions a filing exception, reflecting a legislative change, for certain representatives of military installations; Rule 34-8.209 is amended to clarify in instructions for CE Form 1X the timing and number of forms required to be filed; Rules 34-8.002 and 34-8.008 are amended to clarify in instructions for CE Form 6 and CE Form 6X that judges are among the required filers.
