• 13169804.The purpose of this rule is to incorporate by reference the Florida Title XIX Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) for the Mentally Retarded and the Developmentally Disabled Facilities not Publicly Owned and not Publicly Operated Reimbursement Plan (the Plan) effective July 1, 2012. The changes include an update to the Plan to reflect changes authorized in Senate Bill 5001, 2012-13 General Appropriations Act, Specific Appropriation 223, which authorizes a buy back for ICF facilities and a recurring methodology for reimbursement rates to be calculated effective October 1, 2012.
