Proposed changes include limiting the student to teacher ratio, limiting the length of individual tutoring sessions, providing for a minimum number of hours of tutoring that must be provided, moving requirements to be approved from the application form to the rule text, and updates to Form SES 100, SES Provider Application, for the 2013-2014 school year. Additional amendments include clarification to definitions used for SES, requirements for the provision of SES, and the period of ineligibility to provide services.
