17064548.The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend select rules in Chapter 65E-14, F.A.C., to addresses budgeting, accounting and auditing standards applicable to community substance abuse and mental health service funds. The effect of this rulemaking will be to more closely align the SAMH financial regulations to recently revised legislative appropriations classifications and national standards for accounting and auditing.
