Ref-07735 CE Form 50

The CE Form 50 is being amended for greater clarity and to incorporate certain stylistic changes.  

Update the prescribed language contained within the notary certificate regarding whether the signer appeared before the notary physically or via online notarization as described in Section 117.05, Florida Statutes (2019), for oaths and affirmations.   1/16/2020
