This forum is intended for all those interested in participating in the design, construction and financing of the project. The forum will include a presentation on the project scope, procurement timeline, procurement process and financing information for the project. There will also be a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) session and an overall project presentation, including a Q&A period.

The scheduling of one-on-one meetings will also be determined by FDOT and scheduled parties will be appropriately notified. Design/Build teams can request a list of topics a minimum of seven days prior to the Industry Forum or on the same day the appointment request is made.
