The petition requested a waiver from Rule 62-818.016(1)(a), F.A.C., which requires that a proposed land exchange parcel for a Florida Communities Trust (FCT) project must be contiguous to a FCT project site. The petition also requested a temporary waiver from Rules 62-818.016(1)(d) and (e), F.A.C., which require submission of a survey and legal description of the parcel to be acquired and the parcel to be provided by the Recipient/Trust, and submission of a title policy of the parcel to be acquired in order for FCT staff to further evaluate a land exchange request under the FCT program.
